Be the Bridge Between Customers and Success

Are you a customer service rockstar with a knack for detail? As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You'll act as a bridge between our valued clients and our internal teams, handling pre- and post-sales inquiries, orders, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Be a customer service champion, providing exceptional support across all touchpoints.
• Process and track orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all order & RMA information is readily accessible.
• Collaborate with internal teams like planning and production to keep everyone informed.
• Learn and adhere to VPG's processes and procedures to continuously improve our service.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• A high school diploma.
• Customer service and data entry experience.
• A passion for accuracy and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
