804 Technology is currently looking a Marketing Content Writer (Handover) candidate for a remote contract role that is immediately available. The content writer / technical writer to consume whitepapers, webinar abstracts and webinar recordings and convert them into “handover packages”. Handover packages are character limited Marketing Documents that summarize the document into a marketing sheet. This work would be assigned and collaborated on within a project management tool called Wrike (collaboration tool). The full job description and my contact information are listed below. Job Overview :

We’re seeking a talented content writer to create short and engaging derivative content from whitepapers, webinars and other long-form assets in the engineering and manufacturing space.

Responsibilities :

• Quick-turnaround content creation of assets like landing pages, emails, social media posts, and blogs to promote long-form assets (webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.)
• Condense executive overviews into compelling marketing pitches
• Transparent communication with the larger content team and collaboration within the project management tool Wrike

Qualifications :

• Degree in English, marketing, technical writing, journalism, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience writing marketing content (preferably B2B)
• Strong writing skills
• A passion for storytelling and building customer relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative meeting software (Teams, Meet, Zoom)

Preferred Experience/Skills :

• Technology, engineering or software writing experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Wrike
• Graphic design experience sufficient to become familiar with brand standards and support a graphic design queue delivering quick turnaround creation of visual collateral working in Adobe Creative Suite. The types of assets may include image creation (retouch, resize, edit), web banner ads (static and animated), infographics, event collateral (banner stands, backwalls, hanging displays, etc.), social media posts (static and animated), whitepapers, ebooks and ads.
