A Brief Overview The Biomed Manager is responsible for overseeing all clinical equipment needs for the organization (owned and leased) to ensure functionality, compliance and safety in accordance with manufacturer#s guidelines, hospital policies and regulatory standards. What you will do Responsible for all clinical medical equipment and equipment and services throughout the organization to ensure equipment is safe, functional and in compliance with all manufacturers# guidelines, hospital policies and regulatory standards. Oversees, capital equipment purchases, vendor contracted services and reporting as outlined in the vendor Agreements. Responsible for internal oversight of outsourced Clinical Engineering # Mobile Movable Equipment Team. Responsible for maintaining all equipment profiles and equipment asset management. Facilitates the review of capital equipment life-cycle and works with key stakeholders to make recommendations for equipment replacements and standardizations. Responsible for review of all equipment service maintenance Agreements and annual compliance evaluations. Responsible for budgetary overview of all capital equipment purchases for the organization and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation. Facilitates the installation of new equipment and upgrades in collaboration with the ePMO team, Information Technology team and equipment manufacturers. Qualifications
