Join us at Children's Wisconsin in making a difference in the lieves of our young patients and their families through the lens of radiology! Gain hands on learning under the direction and supervision of a technologist, assists in performing imaging examinations. As part of the imaging program, this internship is designed to expose students to direct practice in the field of imaging while completing a required accredited Radiology, Ultrasound or Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Participates in and contributes to department projects to receive introductory work experience related to imaging activities.
- Current enrollment in good standing, and completion of 6 months of training in an accredited School of Radiologic, Ultrasound or Nuclear Medicine Technology is required. (Prefer those that are in their last semester of school).
- CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
- Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
Hours will be flexible and work around your school schedule.
