Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for digital channels focusing on LinkedIn outreach engaging with incubators. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual content for social media websites and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics illustrations and layouts for various projects.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the companys brand guidelines.
• Maintain a cohesive look across all visual materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field is preferred
• Design visually appealing and brandconsistent labels for a variety of products.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing to understand product information branding requirements and target audience.
• Translate concepts and ideas into impactful visual designs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop multiple design iterations and present them effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with all technical and regulatory requirements for label printing.
• Stay uptodate on current design trends and packaging innovations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the companys design language.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on product packaging and label design.
• Strong understanding of design principles composition and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with other design software like Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
• Passion for consumer products and understanding of market trends.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with specific industries or product categories relevant to our business.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse and successful label design projects.
• Understanding of printing processes and label materials.

Location: Hauz Khas Village New Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Work Days: 5.5 days a week (Work from Office)
