We're excited to be adding an entry/junior level Solutions Architect to join the Solutions Architect Team. This role will work directly with all solutions architects and subject matter experts to set up the proof-of-concept platform as well as field issues replications. This role has the huge potential to expand the job scope either wider or deeper.

This position will sit onsite full-time New Haven, CT, or Berin, CT.
What you will be doing As a key member of the Solutions Architect team, this role provides comprehensive support for system setup involving hardware, firmware, software, and cloud connection. Collaborating closely with other architects and subject matter experts, this individual will contribute to the field issues replication as well as proof concept for the innovated system for diverse technical challenges.
- Build and maintain hardware and software systems for critical field issue replication and stress analysis on proposed filed issue solutions.
- Setup and build hardware and software system for the proof of concept of new architect proposal candidates.
- Programing, network setup and conduct experiments and investigations with the supervision of the architect team members.
- Data recording and analytics for architect team and provide the decision making datapoint.
- Creating diagrams and documents and supporting solution architects in design and implementing solution strategies.
What we are looking for - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, computer engineering or equivalent required.
- Passionate about hands-on experience to setup up hardware, firmware, and software system.
- Experience of basic networking for setting up access points, WiFi module.
- Comfortable with basic Linux command lines.
- Capability of reading and analyzing basic schematics and mechanical drawing.
- Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively with other architects and cross team field supporting team.
- Ability and willingness to work between New Haven and Berlin, CT locations based on changing project needs and priorities.
Preferred Skills - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, computer engineering or equivalent.
- At least one programing language (such as Python, C, C++, Java, C#, Matlab) and one shell script such as (PowerShell, Bash) capability.
- Familiar with common hardware tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and spectrum analyzer
- Familiarity with WiFi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, Matter, other wireless technologies.
- Basic understanding of cryptography such as PKI.
