Position: Elevator and Lift Technician

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair elevators and lifts in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in elevator and lift systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain a drug-free lifestyle and clean driving record. (Required by company insurance.)

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Experience installing and maintaining elevators and chair lifts - will train right candidate!
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
