Our company, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and detail-oriented Permanent Cost Accountant to join our finance team. This role is integral to our plants' financial health and growth, as it involves analyzing and controlling the cost of every aspect of our manufacturing process. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cost accounting / in a manufacturing environment preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and GAAP.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
Knowledge of plant cost control, Bill of Materials, and other manufacturing accounting aspects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
