Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our 180-bed center in Culpeper, VA.Culpeper is part of Medical Facilities of America (MFA) which is one of the largest providers of long-term and post-acute care in Virginia and North Carolina. The selected individual will be responsible for: strong clinical outcomes, census and census mix, and positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have well-developed team building skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and the ability to motivate others and raise the bar to achieve and maximize the potential of the center.
